the location was comfortable for exploring this quiet area, so close to tram stop, the centre, and public transport. there was café cafe aberto, that i found within 10 minutes' walk of the hotel.

We loved the clean and spacious room with fresh bedsheets. The easy-to-reach and helpful host gave clear instructions for the secure keypad entry. The location in a quiet neighbourhood close to well-stocked shops made us feel safe and at home. Additionally, the hotel facilities like the well-equipped kitchen and shared terrace added a great value to our stay.

The staff at Dumont Lisbon Guesthouse were very friendly and made me feel welcome. The atmosphere was calm and peaceful, and my room was quite spacious. It had a private bathroom, a microwave, central heating, and an iron. The bed was incredibly comfortable, like sleeping on a cloud.

The room was spacious and well-furnished, with a comfortable bed that ensured a good night's sleep. the shared facilities were kept impeccably clean, making the shared bathroom a non-issue. the kitchen had all the necessary amenities and we loved being able to start our day with a cup of coffee and some biscuits. the terrace was a great spot to enjoy breakfast or have a chat with fellow guests in the evening.

The lack of air conditioning in the room was a downside, as we had to keep the windows open and were disturbed by street noise throughout the night. Another drawback was the lack of motion detecting lights at the entrance and stairways, which made it difficult to navigate in the dark.

The newly decorated rooms are in a peaceful area and it's near everything, with a good choice of affordable food for meals, making it a perfect experience.

While the shared apartment concept was ideal for solo travelers, the separated apartments may not be suitable for couples seeking a romantic getaway.

We had a great stay at Dumont! The guesthouse is conveniently located just a few minutes from a metro station and on the route of Tram 28. It was easy to explore the city center, Alfama, and Rossio from here. The double room we stayed in was beautifully furnished and the entire flat had a stylish design. Check-in and check-out were seamless, and the hosts were helpful and English speaking. We loved the option of having a kitchen with coffee and biscuits to start our day!

We did not expect to share the bathroom, WC, and kitchen with other guests. the walls were quite thin and we could hear our neighbors.
